Jest to łatka, która naprawia ścieżkę pobierania plików po reconnect'cie. Standardowo, jeśli na serwerze jest wgrany FastDL (sv_downloadurl), to jeśli ktoś podczas ściągania plików z serwera anuluje pobieranie i zrobi reconnect to zacznie mu ściągać z domyślnego serwera, a nie z FastDL'a.
